  • Challenge #13 Gather Your People

The years fly by so fast, don't they?

If you've been around our family for a while, you know we host an annual Halloween party every year. Year after year, looking around and seeing so many amazing people show up for me, my hubby John, and our kids is just incredible.

It is so easy to take people for granted in the rush of everyday life. People come and go over the years, but the ones who stay—those are your people. The ones you know you can always count on to help you get through season after season.

This week for Challenge #13: Gather Your People, we are celebrating our inner circle!

  • Challenge #9 - Let Them In

🚗 What if letting one car merge in front of you could actually make your day better?

We’ve all been there—traffic, construction, people cutting in, and suddenly you’re frustrated before you even get where you’re going.

But what if we looked at the person behind the wheel instead of just the car in our way?

This week on Yo Adrienne Talks: Moments That Matter, I’m sharing Challenge #9: Take a Breath & Let Them In—and a simple mindset shift that might just change the way you experience your next drive.

  • Challenge #8 - Picture Perfect

📸 What if 10 seconds of your time could give a stranger a memory they’ll have forever?

We’ve all seen them on vacation—the family trying to squeeze into a selfie, the couple taking turns so someone is always missing from the picture.

That’s where Challenge #8: Offer to Take the Photo comes in. ❤️

It’s such a tiny gesture, but sometimes that simple, “Want me to take that for you?” can turn into a moment of genuine connection.

And there’s another side to this challenge that got me thinking about the pictures we take with the people we love—and why those photos matter so much.

🎧 Tune in to this week’s Yo Adrienne Talks: Moments That Matter to hear the story behind Challenge #8 and why sometimes the smallest moments become the ones we remember most.

  • Challenge 4- The Power of Being Noticed

A genuine compliment takes just a few seconds, but the impact can last all day.
In this episode of Moments That Matter, we’re talking about the power of noticing the people around us. It could be as simple as, “I love that color on you,” “Your hair looks amazing,” or “That was such a great idea.”

I share a simple challenge inspired by Darren Hardy: put three coins in your pocket and move one to the other pocket every time you give someone a genuine compliment. Before long, you’ll find yourself naturally looking for the good in people—and the good all around you.

We also talk about the other side of compliments: learning how to receive them. Sometimes a simple “thank you” is all you need.

Because when you start noticing people, something amazing happens…
They light up. And so do you.

Your challenge this week? Three coins. Three compliments. And see how many people you can make smile.
