After being asked "What would you do if you could do anything?" Kylie Denis surprised herself by immediately answering "I would open a yoga studio and teach yoga every day".  This led her to establish Omology Yoga in 2017 and quickly grow a loyal community of students and teachers. 

However, when the Covid Pandemic forced many fitness businesses to close their doors, Kylie launched Omology Online - a platform for online yoga done different.  What began as a way to continue to serve her students and support her teachers became a global yoga platform and is now Omology's core business.

Kylie talks about not waiting until you have the 'perfect' product to start, how coming back to the mat allows her to face challenges and what success means to her.
