Who is Sarah Cannon?I've known Sarah for many years, our children go to school together. A true yogi, she's serene inside and out, eats and lives healthily and has the body of a teenager!
An experienced yoga teacher for 20 years she started with Ashtanga yoga and many more types. She trained in India. It kept her fit and flexible. Studying Kundalini yoga 10 years ago that took her onto the next level. It encompasses all the good stuff from the other styles of yoga. It’s very powerful through mantra, breathwork and meditation that works so effectively on your energy.
