51st Sutra Chapter I

Last Sutra of Chapter 1

तस्यापि निरोधे सर्वनिरोधान्निर्बीजः समाधिः

tasyāpi nirodhe sarva-nirodhān-nirbījaḥ samādhiḥ

tasyā = in that, of that

api= too

nirodhe= controlling, restraining, cancelling, erasing

sarva= all

nirodhāt= controls, cancellation of, the restraint of, the mastery of

nirbījaḥ = Seedless

samādhiḥ= Samadhi

When these positive impressions too are erased, it becomes Nir-Bija Samadhi, the seedless one, the summit of samadhi.

Then the wheel stops for you. Then there is no time, no space. Life and death have both disappeared like a dream.

There is no knower and no known.

You have become one with infinity.
