When the Sadhak is firmly established in Brahmcharya,
knowledge, vigour, valour and energy flow to him.

ब्रह्मचर्यप्रतिष्ठायां वीर्यलाभः
brahmacharyapratishthayam viryalabhah
·       brahmacharya - channelising energies towards ultimate goal
·       pratishthayam - established
·       virya - energy, strength
·       labhah - gained.
