Her early roots in vinyasa evolved into a practice deeply influenced by the Iyengar method, which informs her alignment-based teaching. She honors yoga’s philosophical foundations while making them accessible and relevant for modern students. Sarah also teaches Yoga Nidra and philosophy, and has led multiple trips to India with students. Trained in New York City with 200-hour and 500-hour certifications, she brings a rich background shaped by years in publishing and extensive travel, now fully dedicated to sharing yoga with a wider community.
