From there, you’ll cycle through crescent lunges, warrior I and II, reverse warrior, and side angle variations that fire up the legs while opening the hips and chest. The second half shifts into deeper work with chair twists, tree balance, squat holds, wide-leg stretches, shoulder stand, supine twists, butterfly, and a final forward fold to close.
