We talked to Mark Carter, the developer of the RAP System for Safe Control of Work & Risk Assessment and Consulting Director for Business Development at Yokogawa RAP Limited.  Mark has been managing RAP International for the 25 years and in 2019 the company was acquired by Yokogawa. 

In the interview, he talks about RAP's history, negotiations and risk assessment in times of COVID-19, changes in the safety segment in oil and gas, and how they influence their product.
