Meet Yolanda--with a lifelong affinity for the environment, nature, animals, and Biology (her college major); she found her happy place on a family farm in Geneva. After discovering the difference in tasting a truly pastured, free range chicken egg, Yolanda has made it her mission to raise her birds in the healthiest, happiest way possible and provide the best quality meat and eggs to her customers. Come say hi at the Monday night Market in the Audubon Park Garden District from 5-8pm in the parking lot of Stardust Video & Coffee.
