Numbers 5-7 In

Chp. 5 God spoke to Moses command the people of Israel to ban anyone from the camp who has a discharge and whoever is unclean from contact with a dead body. Tell the people of Israel when a man or woman commits any sin the person has broken trust with God. It also says that a woman who has an affair has defiled herself and if her husbands has suspicion or feelings of jealousy he is to take he to a priest.

Summary God wants us to confess our sin to him. These are some of things that defiles us: evil thoughts, adultery, murder and slander.

Chapter 6 If any man or woman wants to make a Nazirite vow conscrate yourself totally to God you must not drink wine, or beer, no intoxicating drink of any kind not even grape juice.-------You must not cut your hair. Your long hair will be a continuing sign of Holy separation to God.---------------------------------------------------Summary To get closer to God by fasting and prayer.

Chp 7 Offerings of the 12 Leaders : All the leaders brought their offering for its dedication and presented them before the Altar. This was when the Altar was anionted. These 12 leaders brought a silver plate weighing 3 and a quarter pounds and a silver bowl weighing 1 and 3 quarter pounds each filled with fine flour mixed with oil as a Grain - Offering; a gold vessel weighing four ounces, filled with incense; a young bull, a ram, and a yearling lamb for a Whole-Burnt-Offering; a he-goat for an Absolution-Offering; 2 oxen, 5 rams, 5 he-goats and 5 yearlings lambs to be sacrifice as a Peace-Offering.------------------Summary God wants us to spend more time with him. we are important to Him.
