Yorkshire's industrial market is fighting a shortage of units like it's never know.

Statistically the supply figures look healthy but with no new quality stock being built in the last six to seven years those units on offer are facing obsolescence. Some, says David Aspland, partner at Carter Jonas, are the simply the wrong building, built at the wrong time in the wrong place, where even a haircut on rents isn't going to help.
