Yoruba remains one of the wisest tribes in the history of mankind. Their keen observation of the happenings gave them a deep understanding of life. While it was generally believed the emergence of western civilization came along with effecting reasoning ability, Yoruba's have been shaping their society by effecting decorum, sounding warnings, teaching themselves, and appreciating excellent virtues in their society. Among the mediums through which they pass down wisdom raw and factual wisdom are adage, saying, story-telling, etcetera.
Therefore, in this Episode, we are examining briefly, yet, in detailed one of popular Yoruba saying, "Agbajowo La fi n so'ya Ajeji Owo kan' gberu dori" which could fairly translated to, "one hand cannot adequately lift a load to head, it takes two hands to beat one's chest better."
