When Michelangelo was asked how he decides what to sculpt, he said, "Every block of stone has a sculpture inside it, it's up to the sculptor to discover it." That's basically what a life coach should do, help discover the masterpiece of who you are so that you can live an excellent life. 

After the detours and road blocks of this past year, the redeeming factors can help us create something more wonderful than we could have ever imagined. Uncovering the masterpiece includes using the tools we're given, being resourceful and resilient. 

Though my cohost wasn't able to join me for this podcast, it's time to begin again with content that I hope adds value to your life. Bree will be showing up as her time permits to add her perspective to our conversation.
