You are a New Creation

This episode is about understanding that we are a new creation when we are born again. 2 Corinthians 5:17 (NKJV) says that we are "a new creation."  Knowing this and understanding it are crucial to a victorious walk in Christ. 

Good verses to have on hand while listening:

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation,
2 Corinthians 5:17-18 NKJV

But the one who joins himself to the Lord is one spirit with Him.
1 Corinthians 6:17 NASB

It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life.
John 6:63 NKJV

Therefore if any person is [ingrafted] in Christ (the Messiah) he is a new creation (a new creature altogether); the old [previous moral and spiritual condition] has passed away. Behold, the fresh and new has come!
But all things are from God, Who through Jesus Christ reconciled us to Himself [received us into favor, brought us into harmony with Himself] and gave to us the ministry of reconciliation [that by word and deed we might aim to bring others into harmony with Him].
