Being validated and loved is something that we all desire to have as humans. But the catch is, we are already loved! It's just a matter of recognizing and accepting the love that has been poured out and shared for us. 

In this week's episode, we discuss the love that God already had for us and recognize that it can actually be hindered depending on what we allow in our lives.
