Matthew 5:1-12

Being blessed has nothing to do with what you possess. It has nothing to do with your physical health. It has nothing to do with how respected you are or how good of relationships you’ve surrounded yourself with. It has nothing to do with the amazing places you’ve been able to visit and see or the experiences you’ve been able to have in life. None of that determines whether or not you are blessed. Being blessed has everything to do with what Jesus tells you it means. And by Jesus’ definition you can be blessed in all circumstances, not just when times are good, but always.
