In this episode, I discuss how we create our own stress and provide tips on how to minimize it. I share personal experiences of putting pressure on myself at work and realizing that much of the stress I experienced was self-imposed. I emphasize the importance of changing our mindset and not setting unrealistic expectations for ourselves and encourage self-awareness and checking in with ourselves to identify triggers and negative thoughts that contribute to stress.
