In today's episode I wanted to explore the concept that we are all energy.  You heard Nina talk about it the last episode.  In my Angel Reiki Energy Healing sessions with my volunteers, I start with a little background information that includes this Energy.  Then, I recently read a children's book entitled "I am Golden" which reminded me of that spark inside us all too.  So, here's a little energy talk and a little story time.
