With social media at the forefront of our consciousness, it can be difficult to not let the overexposed, grandiose lifestyles of others make us kick ourselves for not having it as 'together' -- as our counterparts. But what does this convoluted idea of 'togetherness' actually entail? And what makes us think that we aren't doing just as well as the guy sitting next to us on the train? When it comes down to it, comparison kills joy. And the concept of 'extraordinary' is a myth.
