I'm going to keep saying it many many many times because I feel that we need to hear it often because it's easy to forget and convince ourselves.  But I want to tell you that you are amazing, that you are worthy, and that you are enough just the way you are. You don't need to do anything, change anything, or prove anything to anyone because you are amazing worthy and enough.
