The vivacious Amber Cummings with Mental Health Rebels comes on the show this week to share her journey from mental suffering to mental freedom. After doctors told her she would never live without medications, she lived a life full of pills and limiting beliefs that ultimately led her to two suicide attempts. Once her soul finally heard the resounding call for internal healing, she began finding her teachers, discovering tools, and building sustainable practices that helped her to unlock the ecstasy of fully living. Now she lives medication free and is actively helping others find their path to mental freedom. We chat about yoga, mantras, plant medicine, living abroad, re-inventing yourself, and more... She leaves us with the reminder that we are not broken, we are enough, and there is alternative routes to healing!
