Kimberly Sibanda -

I am a Neuro Transformation Therapy Coach located in Sydney Australia, specializing in simplifying Complex PTSD.

After being on a healing journey for a few years, I was led, by Spirit, (Higher Power, Sub Conscious mind, God) to the ultimate healing journey of my life. Just when I thought I had made so much progress in my journey, I was hospitalized for psychosis and diagnosed with bi-polar Type 1. I was told i would be on medication for the rest of my life, be in and out of hospital all the time and had little to no hope of getting better.

I was lucky, blessed and stubborn enough to know that this was not how my story was going to end. Through the power of my mind, faith in a higher power, greater purpose, and a positive attitude, I went from 5 hospitalizations in 1 year to 0 in 3 years. I was able to ween myself off prescription medication and quit an addiction to weed.

I wrote a book titled "A Celebration of Life AKA 51 Reasons to Keep Living When All You Want to do is Die", which is soon to be published, and now I am making it my life's mission to share the message I learned from my experiences: "You are enough, right now. You are worthy, right now. And everything is going to be alright."
