November 2022 I attended my first ever Life Coach Live! While in attendance I got to see Brooke Castillo, Owner of The Life Coach School coach so many humans. But she shared a special message and one thought inparticular that chnaged my life! "You are Extraordinary!" She would stop halfway through spaking throughout the three days and have the audience yell "I AM EXTRAORDINARY!" By the end of the three days I not only started to believe I was but I wanted to spend more time with me and how I talk to myself.
