Also: While Becca and I know each because we are both in the Core Energetics Somatic Practitioner Training Program (say that ten times fast!), she is one of my dearest friends. I am beyond grateful that we could share this conversation (plus the time we spent together before and after the mics were turned on/off)…Becca is true champion of others and herself—her gift of receiving others is just one way her bright light shines through.
