I had the opportunity to sit down with one of my best friends, Dwight McGree, and discuss his story of success. He is black, he grew up without a father, and while all statistics would lead one to believe that he is setup for failure, my friend is winning. He is a happily married man, who is working hard for his family, and loving the dad life. His story proves all men are capable of being great fathers, no matter what the statistics might suggest.
