ONLINE THERAPY OPTIONS I KNOW OF & HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH:
BetterHelp: Does not accept insurance, BUT does give discounted rates if needed. You cannot choose a specific therapist BUT you will be matched with one in your state, you can choose from a list of preferences needed in a therapist, and can change therapists at any given point with no reason needed.
Sondermind: Accepts insurance, but must be from the list they have. You cannot choose a specific therapist, but you will be matched with one based off of information you give. They also have medication available to you (IF NEEDED) after meeting with one of their psychiatrists for an evaluation, has a care plan.
