Loneliness is a crisis within a crisis. It is a leading cause of depression and has been proven to shorten your lifespan. The Jo Cox Foundation in the UK is trying to bring people together and end the stigma of loneliness. Through their efforts the British Parliament now has a Minister of Loneliness. I speak with the founder of the organization.
