Today’s Best Kept Secret is that you are not alone! Disappointment and discouragement distance us from the truth and those who love us the most, and they’re incredibly difficult to navigate at the beginning of a new year. 

Regardless of what area of your life you’re experiencing disappointment in, I want you to remember that you don’t have to allow those feelings to overwhelm you or steal your relationships. We have been blessed with others so that we can have help navigating the hard stuff, and it’s those relationships that we need to lean in to!

Decide to speak God’s word from Isaiah 42:18-19 over your life:
