Every day is an "Adventure", we have good days and we have bad days, easy days and hard days. But we don't have to do it alone! I'm happy to have had all of the experiences and conversations that have brought me to where I am today. I hope that I can bring you ways of practicing positivity and gratefulness, so that when life gets hard you have the tools to survive. Happiness is an ever changing emotion due to our circumstances and conditions, but with positivity and gratefulness and awesome people around us, we can do anything!
