On a daily basis i put out content on instagram @marksclairetraining where I do I do MAX 1 minute sales tip videos 

The subject today was 3 things you need to understand as a sales broker, it was too much value to not do a longer length discussion about it so i thought I would do a podcast 

Topic follows in order

What is your clients why?

Its all about timing 

no such thing as a silly offer

If you do not understand why your client wants to sell, you really have no idea how to handle the process

Do they need the money to buy something else?

are they going through personal matters?

how quick do they need the money?

are they motivated sellers?

do they know something you dont?

This then moves me onto my 2nd point 

life is all about timing 

an offer they told you to get lost with last year all of a sudden is the amount they need so never think an offer is too silly 

understand why and it answers all
