It's really difficult to acknowledge when things go wrong.

Especially when we're in public-facing roles, the potential harm it can cause pushes us to hide our weaknesses in an attempt to convince everyone that we never put a foot wrong!

The challenge we face is that we cannot possibly claim to be 'authentic' or transparent unless you own your flaws, showing a vulnerability that allows clients to connect.
