In this episode, I talk about something a lot of us struggle with but rarely say out loud, our own thoughts. Sometimes the loudest voice in our head is the one telling us we’re not good enough, that we’ve messed up too much, or that we’ll never change. But the truth is, a thought is just a thought. It doesn’t define who you are.

I share some personal experiences, talk about why our minds work the way they do, and how things like fear, shame, and anxiety can make our thoughts feel more powerful than they really are. We also dive into the idea that just because a thought enters your mind doesn’t mean it reflects your heart, your character, or your future.

If you’ve ever felt trapped by your own mind, this episode is for you. You are not your intrusive thoughts, your doubts, or your worst moments. There’s a difference between what passes through your mind and who you truly are.
