Most of us aren't aware of these six basic human needs. Not only is it important to learn about these needs, but it's essential to learn how to meet these needs ourselves.

No one is responsible to meet our needs but ourself. We have to learn to love ourself, feel significant, provide stability and variety in our lives, connect with the Spirit, provide growth, and contribute to a greater cause before we can really feel inner peace.
