I Dr Kasturi R Naik, am initiating this podcast with an intention to facilitate an environment of acceptance or no-judgement for individuals who feel they are stuck in life due to lower self-esteem or inner sense of in -adequacy and empower them with self-esteem optimization techniques
The only thing in our control in this current pandemic situation is our SELF ESTEEM or self-worth and if we lower it we might end up fighting for surviving and if we optimize it we have chances of evolving and being open to possibilities even in this challenging situation
