The title "You Are The One" works twofold. The songs tell a story of being the one, the chosen one, the prophesized one, the only one. These songs describe the heroes journey which is the archetype for all our individual journeys though life. This is seen in characters from culture and pop culture such as Odysseus, She-Ra, Luke Skywalker, the dragon born from Skyrim, Buffy the vampire Slayer, aang from avatar and many more.

At the same time these songs are also about love. With "you are the one" describing ones true love. Your soulmate. It's about overcoming challenges to become our best selves and learn to open ones heart to love. Something I hope for all of us.
