Episode #0010 This time of year I do a lot of reflection on what has happened (or not) over the year.  I have done this since 2012 when I first got into personal development on purpose.  I say on purpose because, this week in 2009, I was staring down a bottle of sleeping pills arguing with myself as to whether or not I was going to just take the whole bottle and go to sleep forever.  A friend called and talked me out of something he had no idea was about to happen.  The beginning of 2010, I got in the gym and started the process of changing my life "On Purpose" for the first time in my life.  I share a lot of my story hardships and triumphs in hopes to inspire you to keep going and build your life by design.  

Nobody gets to create your life for you!  You get to become whoever you want to become.  You only have to Decide ... Who you want that to be!
