hello my fellow earthlings, 
this episode is on the realization that I have come to through the embracing and healing of my shadows and the process I am foregoing of ending the toxic cycle I have been caught up in for the past 7 years. I go through my process of thought and how I have wound up embracing the ever so freeing concept of the eternal now. The truth that lies within this concept that I am engraving into the forefront of my awareness, from here on out. 
and I urge you, wondrous soul, to do the same.

You are worthy of living in the eternal now.

of separation
is an illusion
&yes this has been said, over and over again & we have been like 
YES
this sounds right!
this is exactly what life's meant to be
we. are. one. 
& then moments pass & something else has grasped our attention too quickly
& we've chosen to forget
why? it's because we've been programmed into believing that, 
it can't be that easy."
