As educators we know first hand how the public school system works. Many parents entrust the school with their child but it is important for parents to be their child’s first advocate, teacher, coach, recruiter, counselor, etc.
During this two part episode “You are your child’s first: Sports Edition” we will be hearing from Kedren Young (one of the highest ranked high school recruits in the nation from Lufkin, TX), Jaxon Smith (a 3rd grade multi sport student athlete), and Keylan "KeKe" Abrams (a Junior student athlete who was named the defensive MVP in the state championship football game from Desoto, Texas), as well as their parents, and Coach SaDale Lamb.
