Martin Heppel is co-founder of The Resilience Project, a Melbourne based non-for profit organisation that promotes mental wellbeing through gratitude, mindfulness and empathy. Former footy player, headmaster, and self-proclaimed bum, Marty has experienced the fuck out of life and shares his strategies for achieving mental gains through honest human connection.
