You Belong to The Lord
All of us are searching for who we are and where we belong. We want to know that we belong. Therefore, many people join certain groups that are not necessarily good for them, but they do it because they want to belong. For example, people join gangs to belong, sororities, churches, and even sports teams. Belong is a human being's internal makeup. We were built for community. But the truth is none of us belong to anyone but God.
In this life, we must never forget that we belong to the Lord. Paul said if we live, we live for the Lord; if we die, we die for the Lord; regardless of which
comes, we belong to the Lord. Our lives must be dedicated to the Lord; no one is an island, and we do not live alone or for ourselves independently. Thus, we must walk and live as we live for the Lord. You must, therefore, know that Jesus is the Lord of both the living and the dead.
Let's live so that we please God while we are alive and love in such a way that whether we live or die, it is for the Lord. We do not need to fear death or be afraid of dying because it will be unto the Lord. We win either way. This life is not permanent; we live unto the Lord and die unto the Lord; therefore, live for the Lord so that when you die, it will be unto the Lord. Be blessed today and walk in this confidence.
