A promising new treatment for snoring and sleep apnea has emerged – the ancient practice of blowing through a conch shell. A small study in India found that 30 people with obstructive sleep apnea who practiced “shankh blowing” for 15 minutes a day, 5 days a week, experienced significant improvements.
