Another long week of emotions, meditation, and daily healing. Focusing on separating the depression and what is the true emotion of the day, I’ve been extremely tired which means another overcast of depression is trying to set in. I'm grateful for being able to move in understanding it has given me the ability to not only show grace to others, but to myself. this week we go over the necessity of learning coping skills. Though it's difficult it is necessary. We gotta go through something to get somewhere, so let's do it together
