There are 2 marketing trends that we can glean from a pine tree:1) Marketing sideways: It's not always about your products and services. Sometimes, it's taking something that would be useful to your customers and giving it to them to offer additional value. This pine tree, for example, was provided to a friend by their real estate company to make their yard more beautiful.2) Small business: In addition to a free pine tree, the real estate company offered $1,000 off the next real estate purchase. This is a great way to create loyal customers, especially for smaller businesses that can offer that personal touch.
