1. Create a list of non-negotiables. These are the things that you must do no matter what- such as dinner with your family, morning meditation or prayer, etc.
2. Gratitude changes things! Be grateful for what you have because no matter your situation, it is probable that you have more than others. 
3. Make sure you have a tight village. Friends who support you, your family, and your dreams.
4. Get an accountability partner.
