Our thoughts are vibrations and they no doubt turn into things in our lives. When processing the loss of a loved one it can feel impossible to not focus on the loss. When we spend too much time focusing on the loss and the details surrounding it that energy keeps us bound in hurt and pain. Making it very hard to see yourself in a energetically higher place. We can slow the momentum of devastating thoughts, giving our emotions a break and allowing space for your energy to be lifted so you can start to see yourself higher and start healing! It takes work!
