Yelena graduated with Masters Of Science in 2013 and became a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in FL 2 years later. She trained in EMDR and had been working with a variety of populations of all ages for over 8 years (children, teens, and adults).

However, her education is not the only thing she values and she knows that personal experience can be even more powerful. She remembers coming to the US with no family and having only $600 on her but with absolute certainty that she will make it in the long run. So while working 3 jobs, she was meeting new people, learning the culture, and honestly, she was having the best time of her life.

However, as time went by with her trying to settle down with her personal and family life, things became challenging for her; learning how to be a mom, building a business with her partner, so many new and extremely challenging things continued to shape her life, growth, career, and personality.

By combining her personal experiences, struggles, professional education, and life choices, she is on a mission to help others live a more passionate, joyful, and self-fulfilling LIVES!

She recognizes that her life is not perfect and it is not an ideal example to live by. Going through tough personal experiences, she came to realize that the hardship, mistakes, hurts, and the negative experiences she went through, had taught her to be who she is today.
