Carmen Ventrucci is a self-described "badass mom" to four children and two of her nieces. She is a master at using mindset and action to help others find personal and financial success. She believes that we all have the power to take action to design our own lives. She recently left her corporate job to start her own company, True SISU Life. Carmen is currently a taekwondo provisional belt and will earn her black belt in 2020. She lives in Minnesota with her family.

SISU-a Finnish term that means, grit, tenacity, and determination no matter the obstacle, no matter the odds. Through her True Sisu Life, Carmen offers a Corporate Dropout Program- that helps transform corporate employees into entrepreneurs. Carmen further offers a coaching program to overcome self-sabotage and limiting beliefs.
