This episode I was honored to have a new guest join me, Ms. Keisha V. Stubbs. Keisha joined me and had her first public discussion about the decision to quit her job! That is right, I am getting to break her story here! This show was recorded on June 11, 2021, which was the 1st Anniversary of her job separation date.

Like last week’s subject matter, this episode was right on time. Initially I wanted to interview Keisha for another topic. But because these similar events keep recurring within my circle, I asked Keisha if she would talk about her experience with me? I know that her story is quite similar to so many others.

Some of you may need to hear this for reassurance, some need to hear this for education, some need to hear this for encouragement. Keisha sharing her story is definitely part of the emotional healing process from the situation and I am proud of her and her growth.
