Twenty-Fifth Sunday in Ordinary Time.

Drawing nearer to Jerusalem and to his death, Jesus seems desperate for his hearers to understand that commitment to him requires rearranging their views on eveerything. Today, he addresses the touchy subject of the place of wealth in the lives of believers.
