We cannot convince someone that they are going in the wrong direction, if they don't think so. If a person cannot find the value in themselves, you cannot convince them that they have value. If the house has structure issues, you cannot convince someone who does not see what structure issues are that there is a problem. So this episode is about the fact that you cannot love someone on a level that they do not recognize in themselves. You cannot tell someone that they are worthy, if they do not see their worth. There are a lot of relationships that are struggling because people do not want to do their self work.
